The building technique we use is called Pre-Assembled Houses (a new type of prefabricated house built with a steel frame instead of wood). We can build nearly any style of home you can dream of – including traditional, colonial, villa, and even all-glass – in accordance with the standard state building codes of New Jersey and New York. You can expect your new build to be completed within approximately one year; this includes an estimated three months to design the home and nine months to build and install it on the property. We help you to find the perfect building site, work with you to develop a design you love, and build it for you from the ground up.
